vice president 2017-2018
Ariana La Rosa
Some things I would like to accomplish with my position on CORE is being more involved with the community outside our campus. I believe there are many things PASA can give not just to the students at CSU East Bay but around the rest of the Bay Area as well.
Hello, everyone my name is Ariana. I joined PASA Fall 2015 during the Kapatid Express Program. Like most students entering their first year of college I didn't have many friends. After being part of this organization, not only have I made many friends but also people I can definitely call family. PASA has given me the opportunity to be more involved in the Pilipinx community while obtaining leadership skills. During my first year on CORE I held the position of secretary. *shoutout to COREageous! Now entering my second term on CORE I will be taking on the position of Vice President. I love this organization and am very passionate about what it has to offer. It's scary and going to be a long journey. However, I am ready for the challenges ahead. I know I'm not alone on this one. I have my CORE to support me :). Some fun facts about me is that I’m a hopeless romantic, I love dogs, and my favorite genre of music is R&B.
PASA & MaCORElit thank you all for this one wild year. My first year I ran for CORE with the intention it’ll help me better my leadership and networking skills. However, I’m leaving with more than just that. This organization has truly changed my life for the better. more than i could have imagined. If it wasn’t for PASA i wouldn’t be the person I am today. Thank you to my CORE. I consider you all my Kuya’s, Ate’s, Ading’s, & lifelong friend’s. You’re all an amazing group of individuals and hope the time we’ve spent together will go the distance wherever your endeavors may take you. Thank you all for the memories, long nights, laughs, and tears. 1 - 2 - 3 MaCORElit let’s go!
